Exactly as it says,

Set up 4 loadouts as below, and then, according to map and team select loadout.

So on docks if you are on MI6 then pick BOND loadout, and opposition picks the ZUK loadout.

--BOND: Anova, P99, Proximity mines, Heavy Hitter, Snap Shot, ACOG
--TREV: Vargen, Hawksman, RTM, Reactive Armor, Bio Booster, Laser
--ZUK: Masterton, Wolfe, Timed Mines, SL, SS
--OURO: AK47, Torka, Distraction, RA, SS, Grenadier
