PAL Night 11.05.2012King of the Ring

Game mode

Golden Gun

Objective = To get the most melee kills within the designated melee kill area.

Each map will have a designated melee area (the ring), players can only kill or be killed within this ring.

At the start of the game the first person to pick up the gun is the starting King. All the players then run towards the designated ring area (each map will have a designated ring, the list will follow).

Only 2 players are allowed within the ring at any one time (everyone else queues politely and waits for their turn in the ring). Players in the ring have a melee off (like a boxing match) the person who survives stays in the ring against the next challenger. The person who dies joins the end of the queue and waits for their next chance to be the challenger. It's essentially melee winner stays on!

No queue jumping!

To take out the bias of host melee for PAL night I will host and stand at a clear vantage point away from the ring - acting as official camera man.

Load Outs

Make 4 loadouts with a 41 cap for if this is harder than expected / gets old quick
Therefore have one loadout for the melee games - banned gadgets: RA, BB and lightfoot.

Rings

Outpost: At the top of the 2 story building, on the platform at the very top with the antennae. Challengers lining up will do so down the stairs. The camera vantage point will be the catwalk.

Industrial: The ring is on the catwalk out by the train. Challengers will line up on the stairs outside (no sneaking on through the inside door!) Camera vantage point will be from that inside door.

Nightclub: The ring is the central area on the ground floor (where all the balconies look down to). Challengers will line up from the blue stairs that lead up to the pink room . Camera vantage point will be one of the balconies.

Sewers: The central catwalk in the central area. Challengers queue up the stairs at the end which has the giant pillar next to them. Camera point = opposite stairs.

Archives: The ring is the room to the left of the MI6 spawn room. Challengers line up along the entrance to that room from the Russian side, ie the one opposite the barrier you'd have to jump over otherwise. Camera point = behind that little fence.

Jungle: The ring is the bridge/catwalk. Challengers line up from the MI6 spawn point. Camera point = Janus spawn roof top.

Facility: The ring is the central platform (above console 1 in GE mode). Challengers line up the stairs from the MI6 side. Camera point = the balcony over looking the ring.

Docks: The ring is the central area by the barn. Challengers line up underneath the balcony opposite the barn. Camera point = balcony over looking the ring.

Memorial: The ring is the bit out the back inbetween the 2 buildings at the MI6 side of the map. Challengers line up from the outside entrance to the ring (not from either of the buildings). Camera point = the middle hill.

Station: The ring is the section of hill above/inbetween the 2 entrances to the hall under the train. Players line up from under the train to the entrance nearest the Janus side. Camera point is the ramp opposite that area.
